To enable increased density in a rack, we have developed an advanced rack-level air cooling solution.
Fanwall cooling system
Located at the rear of the rack, it consists of 24 low-energy fans providing high airflow for optimal cooling while eliminating fans at the server level.
Less power consumption
Using this fan wall reduces energy consumption by more than 20% compared to conventional cooling at the server level resulting in improved PUE.
Controlled airflow at the rack level
It delivers uniform cooling airflow making the servers temperatures more homogeneous.
Best-in class powershelves
The Power Shelf by Lite-On provides high quality power to data center server racks. Available in power ranges from 9kW to 27kW, and multiple form factors for 19 and 21-inch data racks, these highly efficient power shelves support single-phase and three-phase power configurations.
Busbars power distribution
One or more power shelves are powered by two redundant AC PDUs. The converted 12V DC power is then supplied to the servers via bus bars. There is no PSU at the server level.
Servicability from the front
On all our racks, the I/O is accessible from the front, which simplifies operations.
In addition, the power distribution is done through busbars and is cable free, so you only have to pull out the server out of the rack, without having to disconnect anything at the back.
